Dear People Pleaser,
Why? That’s a good question, why are we beyond concern for others' responses or reactions, and afraid to create and stick to boundaries? Who? The people pleaser are the broken souls who walk around with unresolved trauma and conflict; seeking to be loved, valued, and wanted. Being the things that we wished were received, and staying in that “extra mile gear” to maintain our relationships. Sad! Yes, this is very sad indeed! In return for striving to please others with the wrong intentions, we are creating unhealthy relationships and becoming drained in the process. Now What? Being aware of our “people pleasing” is the first step; and being honest with ourselves and others would be next, which ends up creating healthier boundaries as a result. Conclusion… We have to heal this version of ourselves; and we are not able to do that on our own. We must surrender and let go of the things that were never meant for us to carry from the start! We must realize that what we seek in others; only God can truly fulfill and provide in us, resulting in a healthier soul and being a blessing to others naturally. It is OK to say no, to have standards or boundaries, it doesn’t make us better than anyone else, it creates a healthier dynamic with yourself and others! We are WORTHY of Beautiful and Amazing Relationships & Things, but we must believe this first, and realize our true identity in Christ! With Love, Your Sister in Christ (O.W.V. Blog )

Who are you? The Arrogant Ones; who lift their noses with each title obtained behind one's name.
Who are you? The Judgmental Ones; who question other people's actions, based on what YOU would do. Who are you? The Insecure Ones; who bully others out of things they are too intimidated to do. Who are you? The Single Parent Shamers; counting the children that don't belong to you! Condemnation of status, and counting baby daddies, I think it's time for you to find a new hobby boo. Who are you? The Racist Ones; who think they are better, based on the color of their skin. Creating generations of hatred & division, proud of what is, but stumble when confronted and put in one's place. Who are you? Who are we; to think we are bigger and better than anyone other than the Great I Am, Jesus Christ? It's time to humble ourselves, because the wrath of God is not something to mock, or play with! You think you are bad and bold now, but I am here to tell you all things are temporary, and the way we live now, please believe we will pay for it sooner or later.
